Our core focus lies in exploration financing, leveraging the innovative concept of tokenization. By harnessing blockchain technology, we aim to transform proven mineral reserves into tradable digital assets. Our initial exploration endeaviors have centered on an impressive 200-acre copper mineral area, where we've unearthed surface-based red bed copper, gold, silver, cobalt, tantalum, vanadium, and lithium deposits. These valuable resources span over 150,000 acres of Disseminated Red Bed Deposits, with ongoing growth.

AMA Resources holds ownership of nineteen properties, totaling approximately 22,101 hectares (equivalent to 54,613 acres). These strategically located properties boast proximity to essential infrastructure, including water, electricity, and transportation access via land, rail, or sea.

Our unique approach involves leasing these properties to local exploiter/operators. In exchange for access to our proprietary technology (Patent Pending), which efficiently processes copper into a direct 96% cupric concentration, operators pay 20% of mine production to AMA, along with a 5% royalty. Notably, one such operator is set to deliver 8,700 tons of high-quality copper concentrate to a US buyer, representing an impressive order exceeding 80 million USD.

The mineral wealth within our deposits and proven mines is substantial. Ranging from 300 million tons, with grades spanning 1.20% to 5% copper, these resources are a testament to our commitment to sustainable growth. Additionally, our La Cuprosa mine has revealed an additional 8 million tons, boasting 2.23% copper, 200 grams per ton of gold, and 400 grams of silver.
